There is a mix of photos here, most were taken before leaving for the United States.

Kajsa not terribly long after she and Tim met. This was taken in Kajsa and Helena's house in Chifley ACT.

Kajsa is resting her arm on trusty old Wolfgang in this photo. It wasn't long before Tim gave Wolfgang to Jeremy. Jeremy later gave Wolfgang back.

For some reason Kalle had taken it upon himself to eat tissues.

Eating petit miam, another favorite pasttime was a little messier.

Sitting out in the sun one day, not sure when.

We visited Stockholm around the time we got married. Kalle spent a lot of time in his backpack, which he enjoyed because the scenery was much better

Tim and Kalle sat outside one day to enjoy the nice spring weather at Storey Street, Curtin ACT. Tim is reading the paper.

This was taken out the back of our house in Revely Cresent, Stirling ACT. It was probably not long before Tasha arrived.

Talking of Tasha, this was one of the first photos taken, on the first day she arrived to live with us.

By the size of Tasha, this couldn't have been more than a week or so after she joined us. She was such a cute puppy!

She soon made friends with the littlest human in the house, probably because that human didn't have a firm grasp on his food.

Reveley Crescent had horrible green bench-tops and a very dark kitchen floor. That is all changed now.

We actually did buy Tasha a nice bed so she didn't have to lie on the hard concrete. She destroyed it pretty quickly.

This was a professional photo, taken at a very cold dog show. Can't remember how Tasha did at it.

Sometimes, just to spite us, she would lie near the destroyed bed. You can see Tasha's dog-house behind her, she didn't use that much either.

She grew quite quickly and by the time we left Reveley Crescent, she was adult.

Tim is very proud of this photo in which Tasha looks great and the composition isn't half bad either.

Birgitta and Uffe visited us in Strathfield, here is Agnes. To the right are bookshelves which hid a room we couldn't get into.

This was taken during a visit by Tim's dad. Kalle dressed up as Batman and spent about 20 minutes running around the couch singing

Kalle and his friends from daycare.

The first photo of Taltarni.

Tim's Dad with the newly born Taltarni.

An early photo of Taltarni, taken during a visit by Jeremy and Pat. Note the furniture is the same as in the photo with Kalle and the tissue incident

Tim and both Kalle and Taltarni. This photo formed the basis of that year's Christmas card.

Taltarni and her proud father and grandfather.

Tim's brother James is a proud uncle.

Lysa, Tim's sister. Not sure if this was when Taltarni was born or later around the time Tasha had pups.

Taltarni learning to walk.

One of Kajsa's good friends came to visit us, again in Strathfield. All the windows were screened, security being important in that part of town.

Sadly Cheryl passed away relatively young, she was quite fond of the kids and looked after Kalle while Kajsa studied in Caberra and Tim was at sea.

Bath time at our house in Strathfield.

This was the downstairs bath, the upstairs bath was a jacuzi which the kids were terrified of.

Kalle absolutely loved this bouncer, Taltarni was somewhat less impressed with it.

Learning to crawl on the bed.

A little more success.

A more laid back approach in the bouncinette was more Taltarni's style.

Downstairs starting to crawl.

As soon as Taltarni could crawl, she headed inexorably for the stairs. This was taken one evening half way up. In her mouth is a champagne cork.

Sometimes there as a little gyrotopple in the crawling.

Not sure where this was taken.

The floor in our house in Strathfield was marble tile, very nice to look at. Bit cool in winter if you are crawling.

Our next door neighbour in Reveley Crescent came to visit us in Sydney.

Taltarni confidently sitting.

Even walking, probably not long before we left for the US.

We bred Tasha and spent a great amount of time preparing for the big event. We read somewhere that you need a lot of newspaper and a nice quiet spot.

Finally the puppies arrived, Frey and Freya. This is Freya, the darker of the two.

Another shot of Freya.

Frey, the little grey boy.

Tasha feeding her pups.

Frey starting to make his way in the world.

Freya, on the other hand, is happy to just lie in the corner and wait for Tasha to return.

Tasha feeding, the pups are quite a bit older here though and the newspaper etc has all gone.

Here is a much later photo of Tasha and her pups, taken in the back yard at Strathfield. Frey here is learning to fight.

Freya and her owner.

Freya didn't go straight away though, she had to be old enough to leave Tasha.

Silver Frey stayed with us a little longer, he was very cute.

We regularly weighed the pups to make sure all was well.

Frey.

Kalle and his friend at Mortlake Day Care.

A photo taken from the stairs in our Strathfield house, looking down into the kitchen.

Kalle half way up the same stairs.

Kalle downstairs at Strathfield, this is taken with the front door in the background.

This was our last visit to Melbourne before leaving for the US. We visited Tim's grandfather and Taltarni got christened.

Post christening photos

Taltarni and her godfather, Anthony Tham.

Another post christening shot.

Ditto.

A shot with the priest. Taltarni was christened at Swedish Church, where we later took the kids to go to Swedish School.

Taltarni and her grandfather.

Taltarni and her great-grandfather.

Taltarni and her mother.

Tim, Taltarni, Daniel and Kerrie.

Kalle, Elliott and Simon

James at Taltarni's Christening party.

Simon, Taltarni and her great grandfather.

The second last photo of Wolfgang/

The last photo of Wolfgang. Tim took off the wheels and the we stuffed Wolfgang with bits from a broken fridge before he was taken away for scrap.

Paul and Helena at a Lebanese restaurant before we left for the US.

This is our house in Sweden, though at the time it was Kajsa's mother's house. It has snowed recently.

Kajsa dressed up to go out somewhere, probably in the US.

This was taken in the US, probably not very long at all after we arrived.

Kalle at Vienna Town and Country in the US.
